The Eastman Series+ instruments maintain the traditional sound and style of an acoustic instrument. The VL305 keeps the natural warmth of a traditional violin while adding edge and a whole new dimension of musical possibilities. These vibrant tonewoods are treated with a hand-applied antique-style spirit varnish and include hand-carved ebony pegs, tailpiece and chinrest. This violin features an integrated pickup system embedded in the top and a discrete 3.5 mm jack used as the end button to make it almost unnoticeable.
