The EVH Striped Series 5150 is a high-performance electric guitar inspired by Eddie Van Halen´s famous red, white and black striped instrument from 1984. This ax delivers a growling tone and extreme playability thanks to premium components hand-selected to Eddie´s exacting standards. The basswood body provides a solid base for the bolt-on quartersawn maple neck and 12"-16" compound-radius maple fingerboard, allowing fast playing across all 22 jumbo frets.

The 5150 is fitted with a custom designed EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbucker bridge pickup, delivering punchy lows, crisp highs and hot-rodded mids with truckloads of crunch and singing sustain. A custom low-friction volume knob provides unmatched performance and tapered volume swells.

Dive-Bomb-Ready Floyd Rose Bridge
